Pawsey supercomputers are shared by many users who run many different applications at the same time.  As might be expected in such a complex environment, the interaction with Pawsey systems is through several different processes and tools.

Here we explain how to access Pawsey systems (Logging In), how to transfer data into/from our systems (File transfers and file management), the main Linux commands for interacting with the operating system (Linux Environment) and the available software (Software Stack).

The final section (Job Scheduling) explains how applications are defined into jobs and scheduled in order to run on shared Pawsey resources with the rest of the users.
