Note that each of our systems block access to an IP address following a certain number of repeated connection failures from that IP address. This is a security measure against brute force attacks. Failure is often associated with mis-typed passwords, and is accompanied by the message “Server unexpectedly closed network connection”. If this occurs, contact the Helpdesk Service to unblock the IP address (please include your public IP address).
