Description:

The Pawsey Supercomputing Centre normally schedules Maintenances for the first Tuesday of every month, between 0800 and 2000.

Whilst not every Maintenance will require outages to services, Pawsey systems should be considered as "at risk" during those times.

Test tape library maintenance function from Versity (taking a whole tape library offline and bringing it back online).
Update Versity ScoutAM software and ScoutFS filesystem versions.
Upgrade DDN storage SFA OS as per the supplied plan from Xenon/DDN.

Tested tape library maintenance function from Versity (taking a whole tape library offline and bringing it back online).
Updated Versity ScoutAM software and ScoutFS filesystem versions.
Upgraded DDN storage SFA OS on Array 1, 2 and 3 as per the supplied plan from Xenon/DDN.
Returning the filesystem and ScoutAM services to running state.
Testing tape recalls
Recalls succeeded. Maintenance is complete.
