Here we describe the different file systems that are accessible from Pawsey supercomputers. Just as the supercomptuers, these filesystems are a shared resource subject to certain limitations and rules of usage. None of these filesystems are designed as permanent storage resources.

First, a detailed description of the Pawsey File Systems and its Usage is presented, followed by a description of the tools needed to transfer files between your own storage resources and Pawsey file systems. We also discuss about the importance of planning the workflow of your data. And, finally we describe the very important policy of purging of temporary storage space and how projects can gain access to Long Term Storage.
